The Ultimate Choice

The ultimate choice is to be a CTR person-to always choose the right 24/7!!!- Mr. Haymore

What this statement is trying to tell us is that we need to be a CTR person because it will bring the best out of you. When you decide to choose the right, it makes us feel better. We need to make the ultimate choice by just CTR because it’s the best choice you can do. An example would be you're going for a hike at the mountains and you see a dog stranded, cold and hungry. What should you do, take it with you and turn it in so they can find the owner or leave it there to die. I think that you should take it with you because dogs are like humans and we need good people that are willing to save a life. Being a CTR person 24/7 can always make you happy and bring you success. You may not get a reward in return but that doesn’t matter when you choose the right. Not everyone does the right thing but you should show the world what you’re capable of. It only takes one step to choose the right. To be a CTR person you need to be 100% percent sure, it can’t be 50% or 99%. I know that I can be committed to being a CTR person.

What this quote is trying to tell us is that we are dared to always choose the right because it's the best thing you can do. Another thing is that if we aren’t told to choose the right than there would never be peace and respect towards us. An example of this quote would be that you throw a party at your house and your mom tells you that there’s no smoking allowed only beverages. But then you see someone come in with a pack of cigarettes. What should you do allow him in so that you get in trouble or kick him out and do the right thing. I think that it would be best if you kick him out because it’s best for everyone.So I’m daring you to do the right thing. When you are dare someone to do something you should always make sure that they are positive and clean so that you won't get in trouble. That’s why Rex is daring you to do right because he wants to see if you have the potential and the ability to choose the right all the time.

                       

The Right Thing

What this quote is trying to tell us is that when we face a difficult problem in front of us we need to be able to know what we are doing, is going be the right thing. An example of this quote would be you find 100 dollars in the floor while your walking and you notice that the person in front of you drop them. What should you do keep them to yourself or turn them back in? I think that you should return it back to the person because it’s the right thing to do and you will also feel good about yourself.  We should know the difference between wrong and right because if we don’t then we may get nowhere in life. Making a decision to always do the right is the answer to your future because it will make you successful.

What this quote means is that if you think that cheating will help you on a test well you're wrong. Let me tell you why, the reasons why it won’t help is because you’re going to fail school, you learned nothing by cheating and it just makes you feel bad. When you decide to choose the wrong you never gain anything because it comes back to get you but this time you’ll have consequences. Another thing is that you always choose the right because it makes you feel happy and you’ll be successful in life. An example of this quote would be you and your friend got in a big argument and she's really mad that she wants to fight you and so do you. But do you really think that it will make anything feel better. So you decide to do it and you realizes that it didn’t help at all because you're still mad. What should have you done in the first place?  I think that you should’ve just left it alone and continued on with your life. Now you know that choosing the wrong never helps you, it just cause more trouble for you. So always choose the right and go the long way.

What this quote is trying to tell us is that we should always decide to choose the right even if you don’t see others doing it. It will make you happy when you CTR because you’re showing others what you capable of and it also brightens up the person you're helping out. An example of this quote would be you saw someone cheating in the test and you know that it isn’t fair because you studied while the other person didn’t. What should you do tell the teacher or keep it a secret? I think that you should tell the teacher because they will put an end to it and you won’t have to feel guilty about keeping it a secret. When you choose the wrong it can lead to consequences and you don’t want that because people may not want to hang out with you. We need to step up and choose the right when we see something that isn’t right, have some good character.

                         

Goodness

What this quote is trying to tell us is that goodness will never fail you. If you decide to do something bad one day then the next day there will be another chance for you to do good and choose the right. Doing good will always be an open door for you to enter. An example of this quote would be that you are at the store shopping and you see that someone drop their money, what should you do? Keep it or return it back. I suggest that you give it back because it will bring you happiness in your life and you will feel good and proud of yourself. By doing good you will always be successful in life because you know what’s best for you and why you do it. Never go the wrong path because it will bring you no good and our goal here is to be someone with good character. Being good never hurts, so why don’t you give it a chance and experience how good it may make you feel. Always choose the right because it makes you a better and a happy person.  

                     

The Truly Good

What this quote is trying to tell us is that only those who are truly great are also good. For example, you’re a good basketball player and you’re the best one in the team but at home you take care of your siblings because your mom has to go to work. This is showing us that you’re not just good at basketball, but also good in character because you care for your family. Another thing is that not so many people have good character because they think that with intelligence everything is going to be alright. But in reality you need to be capable to do both because it can bring you a brighter future. If you’re a choose the right person you wouldn’t have to worry about anything because you will already have good character in you. But if you are that one person that chooses the wrong then you may not be truly good. To be truly good you will mostly need how to be respectful and be honest.

                           

Cheat

What this quote means is that cheating is never the solution to anything because eventually consequences will come along. You may think that cheating is okay because you haven’t gotten caught but eventually who will. Or maybe you don’t get caught at all but once you go to college you will realize that cheating was never the right thing to do. In order to be successful you need to work hard and ask yourself what is the correct way to do it. I know that cheating is not one of them but being responsible and hardworking is and there are plenty of more ways to become successful and achieve your goal. Cheating or already being a cheater is never the right solution because it will get you nowhere and it just makes others to be upset about you. Be a CTR person because it will not only make you feel proud of yourself but other people as well. Never decide to take the shortcut because it will never bring good deed. An example of this quote would be you are late to class and you totally forgot that you were having a test. So you decide to write the answers in a small paper so that you the correct answers. Do you think that he was doing the right thing. I believe he wasn’t.

What We Do Today

What this quote is trying to tell us is that it actually matters if we decide to choose the wrong or choose the right because that’s going to reflect on us and how we are as a person. If one day you decide to choose the wrong you're going to regret it because it will ruin your life. But if you do the opposite of that then you have nothing to worry about, all you have to do is continue on by choosing the right. An example of this quote would be you’re a “A” student but you still decide to bully others. What does that make you a CTR person or CTW person? I think you’re a CTW person because you need both intelligence and character in you to be CTR person. Being a CTW person won't make you look as great as you would like to be because you will still need some progression in order for that to happen.

Lie

What this quote is trying to tell us is that anytime you choose to tell a lie there will always be another lie to tell because you won’t be able to cover up the one before anymore. Another thing is that you’re choosing the wrong by telling a lie. You may think, oh it's just a small lie but in reality it doesn’t matter how big or small it is because at the end of the day it’s still a lie. If you go on lying each day eventually there will be no escape for you. It would be best for you and everyone else if you just tell the truth from the beginning instead of telling a lie. One more thing, when you tell a lie it can also hurt others and you may not realize it because you only care about yourself. Don’t be that one person who decides to go the wrong way, be the one that will be able to make changes and always have honesty in them. Telling lies will only hurt you they're your enemies, so choose the right.

The clip was about a 7 year old kid name Elder Patrick Kearon who was camping put in the desert with his family. But one morning he decided to take a little adventure throughout the desert. But one thing was that his parents told him to always put on shoes no matter what. He thought why should I put on my shoes when I have my sandals. As he went on he felt a sting and he realized that it was a scorpion that had bit him. He started to feel pain and his parents took him to the closest hospital, which was like two hours away. Once he got there the doctor gave him a shot that will take away the pain and it did. After that day he realized why his parents told him to always wear shoes. I learned that he didn't choose the right and that came in with a consequence so you should always choose the right 100%.

What this quote means is that we should always decide to CTR because it can lead you to becoming someone successful in life. Another thing is that you should always be confident about yourself, if you know that you are choosing the right. Just like Lou Holtz said , you can’t fail if you are determined to doing what's right. But if you do the opposite of that then you are going to fail because you weren’t determined to your goal and you decided to go the wrong way. It only takes three simple steps to CTR but it also takes one thought to CTW, all of this is up to you, whether you want to be someone great in life or if you want to be an epic failure.
