Duties and Responsibilities:
   Mental health counselor offer guidance to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental and well being. They encourage their clients to discuss emotions and experiences. Most mental health counselors may work for a school. A government department or even an agency.  
Salary:

Education:
   They are required to become a mental health counselor in all states, which includes a master’s degree and a state license. The bachelor’s degree programs can be completed in a variety of fields and they usually take about 4 years to complete. Common coursework included individual and group therapy methods, psychological development, group dynamics and social and behavioral theory.   
Demand or need for this profession:
   They should be able to find an easy connection with people and be able to constructively discuss their problems and issues. Another thing is that they need excellent written and verbal communications skills and an analytical approach.

I think that I would like to become one because you get to tutor/help other by trying to fix their problems. Another thing is that I like to help others feel better about themselves. Lastly they get to feel clean because they know the are trying to get help.

Duties and Responsibilities:
    Ear, nose, and throat specialists, also known as otolaryngologists or ENT specialists that are medical doctors responsible for surgical and medical treatment of the ears, nose, and throat, as well as the related head and neck areas. They have special expertise in managing diseases of the ears, nose and throat. Their the oldest medical speciality in the United States. Ent are usually faced with a wide amount of patients with numerous symptoms. They spend most of their time investigating their patients illness.
Salary: 224,063-400,000
Education:
    An ENT doctor will need to begin by pursuing traditional route to and through medical school. They also need al least five years of training in surgical residency. Most of them start with a bachelors of science degree and still are accepted to medical school programs.
Demand for this education:
        An ENT needs to attend medical school in order to become one. During you last two years of medical school you can take a specialized coursework in otolarngology.

            I think that I would like to become one because you get to investigate what going on with your patient and help prevent the infection they have. Another thing is that you can help any type of age. Which is a good thing because everyone may be able to be cure, sometimes they may not be able to be prevent but at least you gave it your best shot.
