Duties and Responsibilities:

    Medical assistant perform routine administrative and and clinical tasks to keep the offices of physicians and other health practitioners running smoothly. They also collect and prepare laboratory specimens or even perform basic laboratory tests on the premises. They should also be taking medical histories and recording vital signs and explaining treatment procedures to the patients. They're also in charge of preparing patients for examination  and assisting the physician during the examination

    30,731-35,985

Education:

    A high school diploma or high school equivalency is the minimum education needed for an entry level job as a medical assistant.you should take high school classes in the sciences, bilogy, and chemistry. There are some medical assistant that have postsecondary education such as a certificate.

Demand or need for this profession:

    Medical assistant will need good interpersonal skills to deal both with patients and medical professionals. You must pay careful attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills.
