I think that this quote means that you are much more valuable than anything else that comes in between you. I believe this is what he is trying to say because only you know what is going to happen. You are the only one that is going to decide what you are going to do. Are you going to be a super good person, a good person, or bad person. Another thing is that no one is going to make the decisions for your actions because you know what you did or what you are about to do. You should always Choose The Right because that is what matter in you and what you are really cable of. Always think twice before you do something because it matters. Everything matters in the world including yourself.
